You may shop with total confidence and peace of mind at Konetshop. We always offer a 48-hour return policy as standard. Within seven days of delivery, you can return a product for any reason by sending us an email at support@konetshop.com.ng or giving us a phone at 0908449 6018 to organize a return.

What return requests are valid?

Not the proper shade of color? Decided to change your mind? Something not quite how you had hoped? We’re aware of that. Just get in touch with us for a return authorization (exclusions listed below), then send back your item within 48 hours of the delivery date in its original packaging. Your refund will be processed as soon as we confirm the condition of the merchandise. We reserve the right to accept such returns, but there might be a restocking fee.

In order to return an item under our money-back guarantee policy, please make sure that it is:

Returnable (see information below)
in “as new” shape
well wrapped and still in the original packing.

Products that are harmed during transportation

If—in the odd event—your items are damaged in route to you, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within two days of arrival. We’ll replace the item right away or provide a refund. Of course, we’ll also come get the broken item from you for free.
 

Packaging for the products that need to be returned

Please save all of the original packaging in case you need it to return an item or move your equipment. If you want to return things with their original packing damaged, there will be a fee. To avoid scratching or damaging the item, please box it carefully for return using the proper packaging materials to restrict it from moving about. Gopandy disclaims all liability for anything damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, and if an item is not packaged properly, your request for a return and refund may be denied.

Exchange & Refund

Within three working days of receiving the returned items, we will inspect them to determine their condition and make sure everything we initially provided to you has been returned.

Please be aware that if items are not received in brand-new condition and with the proper packaging, restocking fees of 15% may be imposed. In the event that you have requested a different or replacement item, it will be shipped out right away. After receiving your items, if you have requested a refund, it will be processed within 5 working days. Only the product value and VAT are refundable; shipping and handling costs are not included. In the event that your order qualified for free shipment, any refund will be less the unpaid shipping fee.

Missing / Damages

A 15% product damage/missing fee will be subtracted from the refund amount for products returned under the following circumstances. At our discretion, we may accept such a return.

wear and tear on the item, such as minor dents and scratches deterioration of the accessories or initial manufacture package missing package contents, such as software/driver CDs or an owner’s manual, etc.
Dents or damage sustained during the return shipping procedure: Product barcode missing or tampered with
Products lacking important components, such as DC power supply or connector cables, or with more serious damage won’t be eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

Please contact us by email at support@konetshop.com.ng or by phone at 09084496018 as soon as you can if you would want to cancel a recent order. Don’t forget to provide your order number. Within one business day, you will receive a complete refund if the shipment has not yet left our facilities. After the cargo is returned to us, you will get a complete refund if it has left our facility within 7 business days.
