How quickly will my order arrive?

Verified orders ship 24 hours after you check out, and most things arrive in Lagos and in 1-2 days on average! Depending on your location, you may typically anticipate delivery of an item within 1-4 business days after it has shipped.

Can I order my items and have them delivered on the same day?

Yes, it can; however, this will vary based on the ordered product and the delivery area. Currently, only Lagos offers same-day delivery. Please be aware that same-day delivery may incur an additional cost; in such case, you will be fully notified.

If I receive the incorrect item, what should I do?

Although it is extremely uncommon, things do occasionally go wrong. Kindly notify us about the issue in full and include your order number in an email to sales@konetshop.com.ng.
We'll come get the wrong item from you and make arrangements to send you the right one as soon as we can.
