The XLR Sniffer/Sender Cable Tester

is a versatile remote end cable tester featuring a Sniffer unit that reads the cable’s status and a Sender unit as the power source. This audio sniffer can be used to test snake lines and cables, particularly when the ends are at a distance, making it invaluable for live and rehearsal applications. By utilizing phantom power, the Sniffer end quickly tests snake lines and displays a readout via 3 simple LEDs, providing a clear diagnosis of your cable. This XLR cable tester is designed to test for every possible short-circuit, open, or cross wire in XLR cables. When the LEDs all read green, you can be confident that your cable will work flawlessly.
