How quickly will my order arrive?

Here at Konetshop, we strive to get you things right away because we understand that you want the equipment you ordered yesterday. Verified orders ship 24 hours after you check out, and most things arrive in Lagos and in 1-2 days on average! Depending on your location, you may typically anticipate delivery of an item within 1-4 business days after it has shipped.

Can I order my items and have them delivered on the same day?

Yes, it can; however, this will vary based on the ordered product and the delivery area. Currently, only Lagos offers same-day delivery. Call us at 08030842842 or send an email to sales@konetshop.com.ng to find out if your order qualifies for same-day delivery. Please be aware that same-day delivery may incur an additional cost; in such case, you will be fully notified.

If I receive the incorrect item, what should I do?

Although it is extremely uncommon, things do occasionally go wrong. Kindly notify us about the issue in full and include your order number in an email to sales@konetshop.com.ng.
We'll come get the wrong item from you and make arrangements to send you the right one as soon as we can.
